A Miami native with a Cuban-American heart and a passion for creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind moments. Suly launched Events by Suly Sabina in 2019 and has since become one of South Florida's most trusted wedding and event professionals.

A Miami native born into a Cuban-American family, Suly grew up with an eye for the beautiful and the timeless. From a young age, she found her greatest joy in watching others celebrate life's precious moments.
Suly's professional journey began in the insurance industry, but she was always quietly planning weddings and events for family and friends on the side — driven by a love she couldn't ignore. In 2019, she took the leap and launched Events by Suly Sabina.
Since then, she has grown into one of South Florida's most trusted wedding and event professionals — featured on CBS Miami's Destination Miami, and celebrated by couples whose guests still talk about their event months later.
Her approach is rooted in genuine connection, obsessive attention to detail, and the belief that no two events should ever look alike. She doesn't just plan your day — she gets to know you.

We only accept 12–18 weddings per year — so every couple receives our complete focus and attention.

We offer three primary service levels: Final Details Coordination (Month-Of), which begins two months prior to your wedding; Final Details Coordination plus Design, which begins six months prior; and our Full Planning Service Experience, which covers the entire journey from start to finish. We can also customize packages to meet your specific needs.
For your wedding day to be executed flawlessly, our involvement has to be more than one day. There are countless details that need to be planned and confirmed before the wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly — and so that you are not stressed on your big day. Our minimum engagement starts two months out for that reason.
It's simple. Once we confirm your date is available and complete our initial consultation, I'll send over a proposal and contract. Once you review it, sign, and pay the deposit — you're officially on our calendar. Use the Contact page to request an appointment.
Absolutely. We have a curated list of preferred vendors that we share with every client. These are professionals we've worked with, trust, and whose quality we can vouch for. We also include vendor credits in our portfolio galleries so you can see their work firsthand.
Yes — and this is one of the most valuable parts of working with us. During our initial consultation, we discuss your budget and create a realistic breakdown showing how each category is allocated. We then help you find the best vendors that fit your budget without compromising your vision.
Our preferred method is email and phone calls. We love email because it keeps everything documented and organized — we always have a clear paper trail of decisions, timelines, and vendor communication. Phone calls are used for deeper conversations when needed.

We intentionally limit our bookings to 12–18 weddings per year. This ensures that every couple receives our full attention, creative energy, and love. We don't believe in spreading ourselves thin — your day deserves our complete focus.
A venue coordinator manages the venue's staff and ensures the venue meets its contractual obligations. They often oversee multiple events simultaneously and may not be present for the full duration of your event. A wedding coordinator works exclusively for you — managing vendors, creating timelines, handling logistics, and ensuring your vision becomes reality from the first moment to the last dance.
We recommend starting 9–12 months before your wedding date. This gives you time to book popular venues, secure vendors, and plan without feeling overwhelmed. We also strongly recommend hiring your wedding coordinator as early as possible — even for month-of coordination — because our calendar fills quickly. We currently have weddings booked nearly two years out.
