Five expressions from Chile's Central Valley, named for the lucky card a grandfather never stopped pulling.
He never said "7 y Media." When the winning card fell, he called "7 y Michi" — and luck always answered.
Emilio Kapetillo played cards his whole life. His game was 7 y Media — a cousin of blackjack — and when he pulled the card that won the hand, he never called it by name. He called it "7 y Michi," his own word for fortune.
The luck stuck. So did the name. He passed it to his grandson, Juan Estefan, who has been "Michi" ever since — and who carried his grandfather's spirit into the wine he always meant to make.
Every bottle of 7 Y Michi is a way of dealing that same luck forward: humble, generous, and meant to be shared at the table.
A complete table from a single Chilean estate — bright whites, a dry rosé, and structured reds. Built to pour by the glass and to sell by the case.
Stone fruit and citrus blossom, with a clean, sunlit finish.
Crisp citrus and cut grass, with a bright, refreshing acidity.
Wild strawberry and rose petal — dry, delicate, and easy to love.
Red cherry and soft earth, with a supple, food-friendly finish.
Blackcurrant and cedar, with a long, structured finish.
The high-roller's pour. A limited Cabernet Sauvignon dressed in black and silver, with a heart in every corner — for the table that only bets on a sure thing.
7 Y Michi debuted with an invitation-only reception at The Globe in Coral Gables, drawing Miami media and notable guests — and arrived already stocked across South Florida's restaurants, retailers, and nightlife venues.
